It's Back!

I can sense that it is coming back! What is coming back? My stress.. Somehow I tried my best to pay attention to it these few days. 2 weeks ago, I got back pain, last I've got shoulder pain and today I got both. I cant sit, stand or squat, my back is pain. And it seems to happen on weekends only.. Weekend I think I run like Hell? Start from 930am to 9pm every Sat and Sun and absolutely no break in between. Yeah I know my weekdays are relax but somehow stress is accumulated to weekends and I think that is not right. Of course, I can take my lunch and grab some bites during the lesson while teaching but I realise this only satisfy my physical exhaustion not "brainically" or emotionally. I wanting for some break to just let my brain rest.

Argh~~~ when I feel like crying, I know it is coming and I need a break.

I REALLY HATE WEEKENDS. REALLY. I promised next year I make I have 1.5 full hour break at mid-time or 1hour each for lunch and dinner, I need to start to learn not to use my time to work for money?

Should I? Maybe I did rest well the day before so it happens this way....................................................

Also, I think I've got shopping phobia. I am reluctant to spend money on any single clothes. I almost wanted to buy and always end up empty=handed. I think I should go for some shopping in Oct or Nov.
