Parents

Physical courage is courage
in the face of physical pain, hardship,
or threat of death.

Moral courage is
the ability
to act rightly
in the face of popular opposition,
shame, scandal or
discouragement.

Learnt this from the short short show "inspiration" at TVmoBile. I guess more and more people are getting lacking of this. Singapore is such a good place to live in, to the extent that people tend to stay in their comfort zone too much that they are too lazy to change. For instance, if there is robbery, or pickpocket, molest, even to say a fire accident, SG people JUST watch and not help. But that is not for all Singaporeans, just that I think most people are somehow act in this way...................

Usually parents will educate theirs kids not to be KAPO and walked away. The reasons they gave is "why wanna cause troubles for yourself. It can be dangerous". Have you any heard of parents educating their kids by telling to give help whenever they can. "Child, we should help whenever it is possible, and not be mute." I mean not many parents do that. MOST Singaporeans will do the first option than the second. Parents can be very educated but they might not be mature enough to instill the important values for the child to carry out life in a proper upright way. Parent are such difficult resposibilities yet it is so important to be a dutiful parent.

上梁不正
下梁歪。

This is sooooooo true. What values you have, will indirectly, deeply rooted in ur child bacause Actions speak louder than Words.

Although my parents are not educated and they didnt really educated me much of their own values, my life now is a total different from what my parents went through. This could be a blessings in disguise. I walked a bigger round to realise my AP, but I am somemore more open to teachings because I am still learning to be a adult.

Z can be wrong in this way but can be right in another way. Also, right or wrong is not like black and white that simple. That more we have to learn to differentiate or to prioritize the goods and bads..

OK! too naggy.. I shall stop. Today my korean parents bought me cloth and bra! ALSO, DBSK POSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am happy, happiness and they promise to help me to get some vouchers so that I can purchase stuff from korean webby.

It is really difficult to live in Korea, not because it is stress but rather the convenience that foreigners do not have. For instance, some people in the webby said that foreigner cant buy phones, purchase house, even online purchase from korean webby. They need to find some korean friends to help. At first, I didnt believe it but later on I am doing the same thing. BUT! I am still going to Korea :) I am sure they is a way out. I believe it and I shall find the way to it. Although South Korea are still closed up to foreigners but over the years, I believe they will open up to foreign talents by giving more convenience to foreigners. They are already doing it but it wasnt enough I guess unless I am caucasians.

I shall end with this:

To achieve what you have never had,
Do what you have never done.
(That's what Michael Jackson have throughout his life)
