disappointment healed by happiness

Today was a little little LITTLE down, that was normal actually, cuz no one wants to be rejected anyway..I was turned down by my secondary schoolmates.

But later on, I went for tuition. The parents prepared a beef stew for me before I left. I was so touched~~ Cant take picture now.

After that meet Eve at Novena Square. Eve bring me to a korean restaurent, "Han Sang Korean Family Restaurent" which was recommended by Lane. I went to see the menu alone first and saw the price, my eyes almost pop out. However I still went in, because Eve was not there, so I went in and wait. After Eve took a look at the menu, she was also a bit like "wow".

Me: that was Lane's budget?
Eve: Lane Tan~~~~

After a while........

Eve: I think Lane got said a bit ex
Me: Orh. Ok Overall the food there is not ex because the portion is quite big and is really nice.

We order the hot pot for 2, the noodle, soup and kimchi was really good. Can try~!

Story of the day

Title: price of 4 batteries

One day, I was practising some vocal exercise from Brett Manning Singing Success CD through the lappy but the speaker was too soft so I decided to use a external speaker to help. So I used my mum's external speakers.

Me: Mei, the 4 batteries I bought was too big to fit in. How?
Sis: Don't know. Jie, help me check your bank account can?
She having some transactions using my account.

Me: I am busy with my stuff.. Don't wan.
Sis: Ok, I help you find batteries, you help me check ok?
Me: OK! :)

I had fulfill my promise but she hasnt.

Sis: Ah~ I rememmbered I still got one more speakers, I go find for you.
Sis: Found! Na~
I connect it to my lappy straight away.

Me: Mei........ This speaker is spoil
Sis: Is it? No la.. Let me see...

2 min later..

Sis: Ya I think is spoil.
Me: = _ =''
Me: Ah nvm, let me tried it with my newly bought batteries..

5 min later..

Me: nevermind, I used my piano then.

After that, our whole family went out for a movie and came back home.

Me: Mei, can you clean up your computer desk? Is full of food and rubbish man. Let clean up together.

Sis: OK
Me: Na, take. Throw away this ===> A mac delivery paper bag full of rubbish together with the spoiled speakers.

3 hours later...

Me: Ok, I shall take my batteries and use it for my alarm clock.
I went to the place where I was previously using my lappy and speakers. Suddenly, I was stunned.

Me: (thinking) where were my 4 newly bought batteries?
Sis: Jie, What happen?
Me: My batteries..
Sis: Where?
Me: In the speaker
Sis: Where's the speaker
Me: .. ... ... ...

I looked at my sis laughing, my sister started to laugh also.

Sis: Where's the speaker?!?!?!
Me: throw away le..
Sis: HAhaha Who?
Me: Me
Sis: HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. Jie, you so stupid.

I started to throw tanrum as though I am some chimpanzees waving around and screaming..

Sis: Jie! cool down. 旧的不去，新的不来~
Me: It is not 旧的 at all~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is brand new one ok?! Brand new one, never use before!
Sis: Oops. LOLX, I shall blog it out man. Jie you are so funny. I should have checked the paper bag. No wonder the paper bag so heavy, I should have...
