Sad because my hamster passed away.. Not really heartbroken but kinda guilty as I didn't take good care of her. It wasnt the one I keep taking photos of...

Happy because I saw Josie today. She's my secondary school friend, I invited her to my birthday chalet and she is ok! ^_^.. I thought she ignored the message left on the wall of her Facebook.

I think is crap also, especially the stupid waitress went to ask 3 other waitresses for help. If I were her, I would have straightaway feedback the manager instead. In the end, everyone kept quiet, making the customer an unhappy experience. Probably they didnt get proper service training, that's why things are not handled appropriately.
